PWOn Tjena Tjena, So What About That? was developed by Noop together with Jan Emanuel and is for those who want a real kick and really want to maximize their workouts!

You get a good amount of active ingredients that ensure you get focus and energy before training, and a very good "pump". Everyone needs a little extra energy and motivation before and during the workout. This PWO gives you a real boost – then it's up to you to deliver, so there you have it!

Regarding the ingredients: Caffeine provides energy, L-theanine enhances focus and improves the effect of caffeine. Extracts and other active substances are included to provide motivation and explosive energy during training.

Intake/Dosage

For optimal effect, consume 20–30 minutes before physical activity on an empty stomach. Shake or stir the container well before use. Start with half a scoop (approx. 5 g) and increase to a full scoop (approx. 10 g).

Preparation

PWO can foam if shaken in a shaker. To avoid this, add water first, then 1–2 scoops of PWO. Do not shake, but turn the shaker upside down a few times so it dissolves without foaming.

Storage

As with most pre-workout supplements, the contents may clump if exposed to moisture or heat. Store in a cool place and use an opened container within 2 months.
