Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Noop Life. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer the possibility to return products according to the terms below.
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to notify us if you wish to return the product.
If you would like to make a return, please contact our customer support and we will help you further through the process.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- be in the same condition as when you received it
- be unused
- have an unbroken seal
- be in its original packaging
You must also provide the order number or other proof of purchase.
Return Costs
In the event of a return, a return fee will be deducted from the refund.
Return fee within Sweden: 59 SEK
Currently, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If a package is not collected from the pickup point, a fee of 159 SEK will be charged for return shipping, handling, and administrative costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund.
How to Make a Return
Before sending back a product, please contact our customer support through the contact form or via email.
When returning a product, please include:
- the order confirmation
or - the packing slip
This helps us identify your return faster.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are normally processed within 14 days from the date we receive the return. Depending on your bank, it may take additional days before the money appears in your account.
Noop Life is not responsible for any bank fees that may arise in connection with the refund.
Exchanges and Returns
Products may be returned or exchanged up to 14 days after delivery.
For a return or exchange to be approved, the following conditions apply:
- The product must not be used or damaged
- Original packaging and labels must remain intact
- A valid receipt or order confirmation is required
Products that are:
- on sale
- discounted
- gifts
cannot normally be returned or exchanged.
Complaints
According to Swedish consumer law, you have the right to file a complaint regarding a defective product for up to three (3) years from the date of purchase.
A complaint must be made within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered. Complaints made within two months are always considered to have been submitted in time.
In the event of an approved complaint, you may be entitled to:
- repair
- replacement product
- refund
