Shipping and Delivery
Where does Noop Life deliver?
We deliver to customers within the EU and internationally.
For customers within the EU, orders can be placed directly through our webshop at nooplife.com.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Our normal processing time is 1–2 business days from the time the order has been received.
Delivery Times
- Sweden: normally 1–3 business days
- EU: normally 3–5 business days
- International: normally 8–15 business days
During periods of high demand, such as campaigns or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Exact delivery options and estimated delivery times are always displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
How do I change my delivery address?
If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible via:
Please write “Urgent – Address Change” in the subject line and include your order number.
We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an automatic email with a tracking link.
Please note that it may take 24–48 hours before the tracking information is updated by the carrier.
If you cannot find the tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us via hello@nooplife.com.

Sweden
Shipping cost: 49 SEK
Nordics
(Denmark, Finland, Norway)
Shipping cost: 69 SEK
EU
Free shipping on orders over 50 €.
For orders under 50 €, a shipping fee of 9 € will apply.
International Shipping
Free shipping on orders over 65 USD to the United States and the United Kingdom.
For orders under 65 USD, shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on destination and delivery options.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are paid by the recipient and calculated at checkout whenever possible.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery time, please wait 48 hours before contacting us.
We will help you track the package and investigate any delivery issues.
Replacement for Damaged Products
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us and preferably attach photos of the product and packaging.
