How do I cancel my order?
Want to cancel an order? Contact our customer service at hello@nooplife.com as soon as possible. If we manage to process your request before the order is shipped from our warehouse, we will cancel it and you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped – in that case, we will arrange a return instead.
