Where are you located, and where do your products come from?
We are based in Stockholm, Sweden. NOOP products are manufactured, tested, and shipped from here in Sweden.
Where can I buy NOOP products?
You can buy our products here at the webshop. We also have some nice retailers that sell our products.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes,we ship orders to all countries in EU and If you live in the USA and UK, you can also shop here at Noop!

Where does NOOP ship?
We do ship to all countries in the EU.
We also ship to USA, UK & Norway.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Our usual processing time for NOOP orders falls within the 1-2 business day range.
As for standard EU shipping, you can typically expect delivery in approximately 3-5 business days, unless stated otherwise during checkout (particularly during busy holiday seasons when transit times may be slightly extended).
For standard international shipping, the norm is usually a delivery window of 8-15 business days.
How can I edit my shipping address?
Should you happen to spot an error in your shipping address post-order placement, simply drop us an email at hello@nooplife.com with "Urgent - Address Change" in the subject line. Rest assured, we've got you covered – there's no need to send multiple emails, even if the order has already been dispatched to the initially provided address. Your peace of mind is our priority.
How do i track my order?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, an automated email containing a tracking link will be sent to the email address you provided during the ordering process.
Please be aware that tracking numbers may take 24-48 hours to display the latest updates. If you do not see any notification emails in your primary inbox, we suggest checking your spam filter before contacting us at hello@nooplife.com. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to assist you every step of the way.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping within the EU is free on orders exceeding 50€.
For orders under €50 the shipping cost is 9€.
For Sweden its 39 SEK, rest of the Nordics (Denmark, Finland, Norway) 69 SEK.
International orders heading to the US and UK will also enjoy free shipping for purchases surpassing US $65, with the exception of any applicable duties and taxes, which will be computed during the checkout process.
For international orders totaling less than $65, the shipping cost is determined by the destination and chosen delivery speed, excluding any relevant duties and taxes, which will be calculated in your shopping cart.

Are your products gluten-free?
Yes!
Are your products safe to take with medications?
Before considering the use of any NOOP Brand supplement, it is advisable to seek guidance from a certified healthcare professional if you are presently using medication or have a documented medical condition.
How many calories/carbs are in my NOOP product?
We pride ourselves on our use of natural sweeteners and low calorie, carbohydrate, and sugar amounts in our products. Most products have a list of how much calories and carbs is in the product.
Are your supplements FDA-regulated?
Supplements are not regulated by the FDA. However, we partner with an FDA-regulated manufacturer certified in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ensuring the highest standards are upheld.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE RELATED QUESTIONS
How do i cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our customer service department at hello@nooplife.com as soon as possible. Cancellation requests that we receive and process before an order has been dispatched will be accepted, and the customer will be refunded in full. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched from our logistics center it cannot be canceled, then we book a return.
How do i return a product?
You may return any unused NOOP products in their original packaging for a full refund within 30 days after you receive your order. Items that have been opened. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. In the unlikely case that the item is returned in an unacceptable condition we won't accept the return and have to send it back.
